Zamówienie polega na przeprowadzeniu w ramach projektu badawczego pt. „Wypracowanie oraz wdrożenie jednolitego standardu jakości funkcjonowania publicznych służb zatrudnienia oraz systemu jego monitorowania” dofinansowanego ze środków EFS w ramach programu „Fundusze Europejskie dla Rozwoju Społecznego” trzyczęściowego badania ilościowego w 6 WOJEWÓDZTWACH PÓŁNOCNO - WSCHODNICH realizowanego za pomocą metody mixed mode design z zasadniczą techniką CAPI z uzupełniającym wykorzystaniem techniki CAWI- wśród klientów indywidulanych i instytucjonalnych powiatowych urzędów pracy (PUP) (n=4129), klientów indywidualnych agencji zatrudnienia (n=195) znajdujących się na terenie następujących województw: zachodniopomorskie, pomorskie, wielkopolskie, warmińsko-mazurskie, kujawsko-pomorskie, podlaskie oraz CAWI wśród klientów indywidualnych i instytucjonalnych następujących wojewódzkich urzędów pracy (WUP): WUP w Szczecinie, WUP w Gdańsku, WUP w Olsztynie, WUP w Poznaniu, WUP w Toruniu, WUP w Białymstoku (n=228). 6 WOJEWÓDZTW PÓŁNOCNO - WSCHODNICH Badanie klientów indywidualnych i instytucjonalnych WUP Realizacja badania ilościowego przeprowadzonego za pomocą metody mixed mode design z zasadniczą techniką CAPI z uzupełniającym wykorzystaniem techniki CAWI - wśród: 1. klientów indywidulanych i instytucjonalnych powiatowych urzędów pracy PUP (n=4129) w 122 PUP, 2. klientów indywidualnych agencji zatrudnienia (n=195) na terenie następujących 6 województw 1) zachodniopomorskiego, 2) pomorskiego, 3) wielkopolskiego, 4) warmińsko-mazurskiego, 5) kujawsko-pomorskiego, 6) podlaskiego.
