Zadanie nr 3 Dostawa pasków, płynów myjących i kontroli wraz z dzierżawą automatycznego analizatora do analizy moczu, dzierżawa 1 szt., półautomatycznego czytnika do analizy fizykochemicznej moczu na okres 36 miesięcy Zadanie nr 4 Dostawa odczynników wraz z dzierżawą analizatora do elektroforezy na okres 36 miesięcy. 2. Obowiązki Wykonawcy : • Dostawa i transport • Rozładunek i wnoszenie do pomieszczeń magazynowych • Termin realizacji dostaw: w dni robocze w godzinach od 7:30 do 14:30 Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w załączniku nr 2 do SWZ
