Zamawiający podzielił zamówienie na 2 części: Pakiet nr 1 1) Zestaw /wieża endoskopowa - 1 szt. 2) Gastroskop - 2 szt. 3) Kolonoskop - 1 szt. 4) Myjnia - pojedyncza komora z wyposażeniem - 1 szt. Pakiet nr 2 1) Aparat do znieczulania - 1 szt. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa do miejsca wskazanego przez Zamawiającego fabrycznie nowego, nieużywanego sprzętu medycznego wraz z aparaturą, obejmująca również montaż, uruchomienie oraz przeszkolenie pracowników Zamawiającego w zakresie praktycznej obsługi dostarczonego sprzętu. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz graniczne parametry techniczne wymagane przez Zamawiającego zostały określone w Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ - Formularz szczegółowy oferty. Oferowany sprzęt musi spełniać wszystkie minimalne wymagania określone w załączniku, niespełnienie któregokolwiek z wymaganych parametrów skutkuje odrzuceniem oferty. Dostawa do miejsca wskazanego przez Zamawiającego fabrycznie nowego, nieużywanego sprzętu w postaci: 1) Zestaw /wieża endoskopowa - 1 szt. 2) Gastroskop - 2 szt. 3) Kolonoskop - 1 szt. 4) Myjnia - pojedyncza komora z wyposażeniem - 1 szt. wraz z aparaturą, obejmująca również montaż, uruchomienie oraz przeszkolenie pracowników Zamawiającego w zakresie praktycznej obsługi dostarczonego sprzętu.; Pakiet nr 2 1) Aparat do znieczulania - 1 szt. wraz z aparaturą, obejmująca również montaż, uruchomienie oraz przeszkolenie pracowników Zamawiającego w zakresie praktycznej obsługi dostarczonego sprzętu.
