Zamawiający podzielił zamówienie na 2 części: Pakiet nr 1 1) Ultrasonograf serca - 1 szt. Pakiet nr 2 1) Zestaw holterowski z wyposażeniem - 1 szt. 2) Rejestrator ciśnienia tętniczego krwi i Holter RR z osprzętem - 5 szt. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa do miejsca wskazanego przez Zamawiającego fabrycznie nowego, nieużywanego sprzętu medycznego wraz z aparaturą, obejmująca również montaż, uruchomienie oraz przeszkolenie pracowników Zamawiającego w zakresie praktycznej obsługi dostarczonego sprzętu. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz graniczne parametry techniczne wymagane przez Zamawiającego zostały określone w Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ Formularz szczegółowy oferty. Oferowany sprzęt musi spełniać wszystkie minimalne wymagania określone w załączniku, niespełnienie któregokolwiek z wymaganych parametrów skutkuje odrzuceniem oferty. Dostawa do miejsca wskazanego przez Zamawiającego fabrycznie nowego, nieużywanego sprzętu w postaci: Pakiet nr 1 1) Ultrasonograf serca - 1 szt. wraz z aparaturą obejmująca również montaż, uruchomienie oraz przeszkolenie pracowników Zamawiającego w zakresie praktycznej obsługi dostarczonego sprzętu; Pakiet nr 2 1) Zestaw holterowski z wyposażeniem - 1 szt. 2) Rejestrator ciśnienia tętniczego krwi i Holter RR z osprzętem - 5 szt. wraz z aparaturą, obejmująca również montaż, uruchomienie oraz przeszkolenie pracowników Zamawiającego w zakresie praktycznej obsługi dostarczonego sprzętu.
