Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sprzedaż z dostawą sprzętu komputerowego dla jednostek UAM (przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na 4 części). Przedmiot zamówienia został opisany w Załączniku A do SWZ. Wykonawca dostarczy przedmiot zamówienia na własny koszt i ryzyko w miejscach określonych przez Zamawiającego. Transport krajowy i zagraniczny wraz z ubezpieczeniem, wszelkie opłaty celne, skarbowe oraz wszelkie inne opłaty - po stronie Wykonawcy. Zaoferowany przez Wykonawcę przedmiot zamówienia winien spełniać wymienione i opisane szczegółowo w Załączniku A do SWZ normy i parametry. Wykonawca dołączy do oferty opis techniczny oferowanego przedmiotu zamówienia zawierający wszelkie niezbędne informacje umożliwiające ocenę zgodności oferty z opisem przedmiotu zamówienia - załącznik nr A do SWZ (tj. w szczególności karty katalogowe oferowanych urządzeń, foldery informacyjne, zestawienie zawierające określenie producenta i modelu oferowanych urządzeń, konfiguracji i parametrów w języku polskim itp.). Warunki minimalne gwarancji i serwisu - zgodnie ze szczegółowym opisem przedmiotu zamówienia stanowiącym załącznik nr A do niniejszej SWZ. Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert równoważnych. Wykonawca może zaoferować sprzęt o takich samych lub lepszych parametrach technicznych, jakościowych, funkcjonalnych, spełniający minimalne parametry określone przez Zamawiającego w załączniku nr A do SWZ. W przypadku, gdy w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia znajdują się znaki towarowe Wykonawca może zaoferować asortyment równoważny nie gorszy niż asortyment wskazany przez Zamawiającego. Asortyment równoważny musi spełniać warunek, że jest minimum tej samej klasy, lub o tych samych parametrach jakich oczekuje Zamawiający tzn. asortyment równoważny musi spełniać wymogi techniczno-eksploatacyjne opisane przez Zamawiającego w SWZ lub je przewyższać. Wykonawca, który powołuje się na rozwiązania równoważne opisanym przez Zamawiającego, jest obowiązany wykazać, że oferowany przez niego sprzęt spełnia wymagania określone przez Zamawiającego, w szczególności za pomocą przedmiotowych środków dowodowych, że oferowane dostawy spełniają określone przez Zamawiającego wymagania, cechy lub kryteria.
