Description

1.Przedmiotem zamówienia jest realizacja zadania: “Zagospodarowanie budynku pokopalnianego Łaźni Moszczenica w Jastrzębiu-Zdroju” dofinansowanego w ramach Funduszy Europejskich dla Śląskiego 2021-2027, Priorytet : FESL.10. „Fundusze Europejskie na transformację”, Działanie FSL.10.09 „Ponowne wykorzystanie terenów poprzemysłowych, zdewastowanych, zdegradowanych na cele rozwojowe regionu”, Umowa o dofinansowaniu projektu „Zagospodarowanie budynku pokopalnianego Łaźni Moszczenica w Jastrzębiu-Zdroju ” nr FESL.10.09-IZ.01-1148/25. 2.Zakresem zadania etapu III jest dostawa wraz z montażem specjalistycznego wyposażenia ekspozycyjnego i systemów multimedialnych, którego celem jest kompleksowe wykonanie i uruchomienie stałej ekspozycji. Roboty budowlane oraz usługi projektowe mają charakter uzupełniający i służą realizacji zasadniczego świadczenia, jakim jest wykonanie kompletnej ekspozycji. Zakres prac obejmuje: - opracowanie projektu budowlanego/technicznego oraz wykonawczego ekspozycji, - wykonanie aranżacji przestrzeni ekspozycyjnej wraz z dostawą i montażem sprzętu, - wykonanie oświetlenia ekspozycyjnego (wraz z okablowaniem montażowym), -opracowaniem aplikacji interaktywnych, - pozyskiwaniem materiałów ikonograficznych, - opracowaniem tłumaczeń - opracowaniem i wdrożeniem kontentów multimedialnych oraz audioprzewodników. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest także wyposażenie pomieszczenia serwerowni w sprzęt multimedialny w zakresie niezbędnym do zarządzania ekspozycją. Ekspozycja zlokalizowana będzie na dwóch kondygnacjach: na czwartym oraz na trzecim piętrze natomiast serwerownia zlokalizowana będzie na czwartym piętrze budynku Łaźni Moszczenica na działce nr 787/14, przy ul. Towarowej 7, w Jastrzębiu-Zdroju. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi dokumentacja techniczna (załącznik nr 10 do SWZ) Zgodnie z art. 101 ust. 4 ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 r. Prawo zamówień publicznych (tj. Dz.U. z 2026 r. poz. 793 z późn. zm.) Zamawiający opisując przedmiot zamówienia przez odniesienie do norm, ocen technicznych, specyfikacji technicznych i systemów referencji technicznych, o których mowa w art. 101 ust. 1 pkt 2 oraz ust. 3 PZPN, dopuszcza rozwiązania równoważne opisywanym w dokumentacji zamówienia.
