Przedmiotem niniejszego postępowania jest dostawa oraz montaż sprzętu ICT, realizowanego w ramach projektu pn. „Każde dziecko ma szansę na sukces". Edukacja włączająca w Szkole Podstawowej z Oddziałami Integracyjnymi nr 5 w Jastrzębiu-Zdroju, dofinansowanego w ramach działania 6.02 kształcenia ogólne. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa oraz montaż sprzętu ICT: a) Laptop wraz z akcesoriami - 3 szt., b) Urządzenie wielofunkcyjne (A4) - 2 szt., c) Monitor interaktywny min. 65 cali z podstawą mobilną i akcesoriami - 5 szt. d) Monitor interaktywny min. 85 cali z uchwytem mocującym - 1 szt. Szczegółowy Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 4 do SWZ.
