1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: Jednorazowa dostawa drobnego sprzętu laboratoryjnego na potrzeby Jednostek Uniwersytetu Medycznego im. Piastów Śląskich we Wrocławiu. 2. Zamawiający, opisując przedmiot zamówienia, wymienił nazwę producenta oraz numery katalogowe sprzętu laboratoryjnego, celem wskazania standardów jakościowych produktu oraz dokładnego określenia przedmiotu zamówienia. W przypadkach, kiedy w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia wskazane zostały znaki towarowe, patenty lub pochodzenia, źródła lub szczególny proces, który charakteryzuje produkty dostarczane przez konkretnego Wykonawcę, oznacza to, że Zamawiający nie może opisać przedmiotu zamówienia w wystarczająco precyzyjny i zrozumiały sposób. W takich sytuacjach ewentualne wskazania na znaki towarowe, patenty, pochodzenie, źródło lub szczególny proces, należy odczytywać z wyrazami „lub równoważne”. 5. Zamawiający, zgodnie z art. 99 ust. 6 Pzp, dopuszcza możliwość składania ofert równoważnych, tj. ofert o parametrach i właściwościach nie gorszych niż wyspecyfikowane przez Zamawiającego w Arkuszu informacji technicznej (załącznik nr 2 do SWZ część 1 - 3). 6. W przypadku oferowania produktu innego niż podany przez Zamawiającego, Wykonawca obowiązany jest wykazać w ofercie, że oferowane przez niego dostawy spełniają wymagania określone przez Zamawiającego poprzez podanie odpowiednio w Formularzu asortymentowo-cenowym stanowiącym Załącznik nr 3 do SWZ (część 1 - 3), nazwy oferowanego produktu, nazwy producenta i numeru katalogowego, bądź innych cech jednoznacznie wskazujących na zaoferowane produkty.
