Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa produktów leczniczych, immunoglobulin, środków opatrunkowych dla pacjentów z EB. Szczegółowy opis oraz sposób realizacji zamówienia zawiera tabela asortymentowo-cenowa stanowiąca zał. nr 2 do SWZ, wzór umowy stanowiący zał. nr 4 do SWZ. Zamawiający podzielił przedmiot zamówienia na 13 części. Zamawiający dopuszcza możliwość składania ofert częściowych. Ofertę można składać w odniesieniu do wszystkich części zamówienia. Szczegółowy opis oraz sposób realizacji zamówienia zawiera tabela asortymentowo-cenowa stanowiący zał. nr 2 do SWZ, wzór umowy stanowiący zał. nr 4 do SWZ.
