1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest przetworów zbożowych, strączkowych, ziemniaczanych do Jednostek Wojskowych rejonu odpowiedzialności 3 Regionalnej Bazy Logistycznej w 2027 roku. 2. Zakres zamówienia obejmuje 7 obszarów dostawy, stanowiących 7 zadań określonych w załączniku nr 2 do SWZ - Formularz cenowy (arkusze dla zadań 1-7) 3. Warunki realizacji zamówienia określono w załączniku nr 3 do SWZ - Projektowane postanowienia umowy. 4. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi załącznik nr 4 do SWZ (poszczególne pozycje asortymentowe znajdują się w oddzielnych plikach). 5. Miejsca dostaw w ramach poszczególnych siedmiu obszarów (zadań) określa załącznik nr 6 do SWZ - Miejsca dostaw. 6. Zamawiający przewiduje skorzystanie z prawa opcji w zakresie wszystkich zadań. 7. W celu potwierdzenia, że oferowane dostawy spełniają określone przez Zamawiającego wymagania, Zamawiający żąda złożenia przedmiotowych środków dowodowych określonych w dokumentach zamówienia. 8. Zamawiający zgodnie z art. 107 ust. 2 ustawy Pzp przewiduje uzupełnienie przedmiotowych środków dowodowych, w przypadku, gdy wykonawca nie złoży ich wraz z ofertą lub złożone wraz z ofertą przedmiotowe środki dowodowe będą niekompletne. 9. Zamawiający nie wymaga wniesienia wadium w niniejszym postępowaniu. 10. Zamawiający wymaga wniesienia zabezpieczenia należytego wykonania umowy. 1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa przetworów zbożowych, strączkowych, ziemniaczanych. 2. Zakres zamówienia obejmuje asortyment wskazany w zakresie ww. zadania w załączniku nr 2 do SWZ - Formularz cenowy 3. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi załącznik nr 4 do SWZ. 4. Miejsca dostaw w ramach ww. zadania określa załącznik nr 6 do SWZ - Miejsca dostaw. 5. Zamawiający przewiduje skorzystanie z prawa opcji w zakresie niniejszego zadania. 6. Zamawiający wymaga wniesienia zabezpieczenia należytego wykonania umowy. 7. W celu potwierdzenia, że oferowane dostawy spełniają określone przez Zamawiającego wymagania, Zamawiający żąda złożenia przedmiotowych środków dowodowych określonych w dokumentach zamówienia. 8.
