Rodzaj (asortyment), oraz ilości przedmiotu zamówienia, określono w załączniku nr 2 do SWZ - Formularz cenowy. 4. Warunki realizacji zamówienia określono w Projektowanych postanowieniach umowy stanowiących załącznik nr 3 do SWZ. 1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa ziemniaków obieranych sterylizowanych zgodnie z dokumentami zamówienia. 2. Warunki realizacji zamówienia określono w Projektowanych postanowieniach umowy stanowiących załącznik nr 3 do SWZ. 3. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz wymaganiach eksploatacyjno-technicznych określono kolejno w załączniku nr 4 do SWZ.
