1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: Dostawa pojemników poczwórnych góra-dół z filtrem antyleukocytarnym in-line do pobierania krwi. 2. Szczegółowy opis dostawy będącej przedmiotem niniejszego postępowania zawiera „Arkusz asortymentowo-cenowy” stanowiący Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. Opis ten należy odczytywać wraz ze zmianami treści SWZ, będącymi np. wynikiem udzielonych odpowiedzi na zapytania wykonawców. 3. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach opisanych w projekcie umowy stanowiącym Załącznik nr 9 do SWZ. 4. Odbiorcy przedmiotu zamówienia zostali określeni w Arkuszu asortymentowo - cenowym stanowiącym Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. ---PODMIOTOWE ŚRODKI DOWODOWE Szczegółowe informacje zawiera Rozdział XII. PODMIOTOWE ŚRODKI DOWODOWE SWZ. ---OPIS SPOSOBU PRZYGOTOWANIA OFERTY Szczegółowe informacje zawiera Rozdział XXII.
