Część I zamówienia - dostawa 1 sztuki średniego samochodu ratowniczo-gaśniczego- zgodnie z wymaganiami załącznika nr 1 do SWZ - opis przedmiotu zamówienia z prawem opcji dodatkowego jednego średniego samochodu ratowniczo-gaśniczego. Część II zamówienia - dostawa 1 sztuki średniego samochodu ratowniczo-gaśniczego- zgodnie z wymaganiami załącznika nr 1 do SWZ - opis przedmiotu zamówienia z prawem opcji dodatkowego jednego średniego samochodu ratowniczo-gaśniczego. Zamawiający w ramach prawa opcji do każdej z części zamówienia przewiduje skorzystanie z dostawy 1 średniego samochodu ratowniczo-gaśniczego. Zamawiający skorzysta z prawa opcji najpóźniej w ciągu 7 dni kalendarzowych od dnia zawarcia umowy. Skorzystanie z prawa opcji uzależnione jest od wystąpienia następujących okoliczności: a) uzyskania oszczędności w udzielonym zamówieniu, b) pozyskania dodatkowych środków finansowych, c) wystąpienia nagłej, niemożliwej do przewidzenia potrzeby doposażenia.
