Summary

Machine-generated summary

The contract covers the supply and transport of diesel fuel to a Waste Management Plant in Poland. The estimated need is approximately 65,000 litres of diesel. The contract runs from signing until 31 December 2027, though it may end early if funding is exhausted or if the remaining quantity falls below 2,000 litres, making transport uneconomical. Fuel must meet Polish quality standards under the Ministry of Climate and Environment regulation of 26 June 2024. Pricing is based on the refinery's wholesale price on the delivery day plus a fixed percentage margin, minus a defined discount. The contracting authority may apply the reverse procedure under Article 139 of the Public Procurement Law.
