Description

1. Przedmiotem Zamówienia jest: 1) Zakup 20-miesięcznej Subskrypcji na oprogramowanie backupowego wraz z zapewnieniem przez Wykonawcę Urządzeń niezbędnych do prawidłowego działania rozwiązania, a także wykonaniem instalacji, konfiguracji, integracji, uruchomienia, testów, szkolenia, przekazaniem dokumentacji oraz zapewnieniem Wsparcia Producenta. Rozwiązanie obejmuje co najmniej dwa urządzenia przeznaczone do realizacji kopii zapasowych, w tym urządzenie zapewniające funkcję AIR-GAP; 2) Po zakończeniu 20-miesięcznego okresu Subskrypcji Zamawiający będzie uprawniony do skorzystania z prawa opcji, o którym mowa w art. 441 ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 r. - Prawo zamówień publicznych, polegającego na nabyciu na własność jednego albo obu Urządzeń udostępnionych przez Wykonawcę w ramach Subskrypcji, na zasadach określonych w Umowie. Maksymalny zakres prawa opcji obejmuje nabycie dwóch Urządzeń. 2. Szczegółowy Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia, zwany dalej SOPZ, stanowi Załącznik nr 1 do Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia (SWZ). 1. Przedmiotem Zamówienia jest: 1) Zakup 20-miesięcznej Subskrypcji na oprogramowanie backupowego wraz z zapewnieniem przez Wykonawcę Urządzeń niezbędnych do prawidłowego działania rozwiązania, a także wykonaniem instalacji, konfiguracji, integracji, uruchomienia, testów, szkolenia, przekazaniem dokumentacji oraz zapewnieniem Wsparcia Producenta. Rozwiązanie obejmuje co najmniej dwa urządzenia przeznaczone do realizacji kopii zapasowych, w tym urządzenie zapewniające funkcję AIR-GAP; 2) Po zakończeniu 20-miesięcznego okresu Subskrypcji Zamawiający będzie uprawniony do skorzystania z prawa opcji, o którym mowa w art. 441 ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 r. - Prawo zamówień publicznych, polegającego na nabyciu na własność jednego albo obu Urządzeń udostępnionych przez Wykonawcę w ramach Subskrypcji, na zasadach określonych w Umowie.
