1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest przedłużenie subskrypcji „Data Center” produktów Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) oraz zakup licencji dodatkowego oprogramowania wraz z 12 miesięcznym wsparciem albo dostawa licencji równoważnych dla Ministerstwa Zdrowia. 2.Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ - Opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ - Projektowane postanowienia umowy. 3.Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach opisanych w Projektowanych postanowieniach umowy stanowiących Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. Działając w imieniu i na rzecz Ministerstwa Zdrowia, na podstawie udzielonego pełnomocnictwa, Centrum e-Zdrowia z siedzibą w Warszawie (kod pocztowy 00-184) ul. Stanisława Dubois 5A ogłasza postępowanie na zamówienie publiczne, którego przedmiotem jest przedłużenie subskrypcji „Data Center” produktów Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) oraz zakup licencji dodatkowego oprogramowania wraz z 12 miesięcznym wsparciem albo dostawa licencji równoważnych dla Ministerstwa Zdrowia
