Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: 1) w zakresie zamówienia podstawowego dostawa subskrypcji vSphere Fundation 9 lub rozwiązania równoważnego wraz ze wsparciem producenta na okres 12 miesięcy dla 704 rdzeni do posiadanego przez Zamawiającego systemu wirtualizacji Vmware. 2) w zakresie prawa opcji dostawa subskrypcji vSphere Fundation 9 lub rozwiązania równoważnego wraz ze wsparciem producenta na okres 12 miesięcy dla 224 rdzeni do posiadanego przez Zamawiającego systemu wirtualizacji opartego na oprogramowaniu Vmware. 2. Wykonawca zobowiązuje się dostarczyć subskrypcję elektronicznie: 1) w zakresie zamówienia podstawowego w terminie do 7 dni od dnia zawarcia Umowy. Subskrypcja będzie ważna przez okres 12 miesięcy od daty zakończenia aktualnie obowiązującej subskrypcji, wskazanej w Tabeli nr 2 OPZ. 2) w zakresie prawa opcji w terminie do 7 dni od dnia przekazania Wykonawcy zlecenia, o którym mowa w § 3 ust. 2 wzoru umowy stanowiącego Załącznik nr 4 do SWZ. 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia (dalej: „OPZ”) stanowi Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ.
