Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje w szczególności: - pełnienie nadzoru nad projektowaniem, weryfikację dokumentacji projektowej, jej kompletności, wzajemnej zgodności, dokonanie kontrolnych obliczeń w celu znalezienia ewentualnych błędów, - zarządzanie, pełnienie nadzoru inwestorskiego oraz kontrolę nad realizacją robót aż do daty wystawienia Ostatecznego Świadectwa Płatności, - prowadzenie działań informacyjnych związanych z realizacją projektu i współpracę w tym zakresie z Zamawiającym, w tym m. in. z Dyrektorem Oddziału, Kierownikiem Projektu i stanowiskiem ds. komunikacji w Oddziale GDDKiA, - świadczenie usługi nadzoru inwestorskiego nad realizacją robót budowlanych oraz udział w Przeglądach gwarancyjnych i nadzorowania usunięcia ewentualnych usterek/wad stwierdzonych w przeglądach gwarancyjnych, w ramach zawartego Kontraktu, - wspieranie Zamawiającego jako lojalny i sumienny doradca we wszystkich czynnościach związanych z realizacją Projektu, - sprawowanie nadzoru nad pracami projektowymi i robotami w zakresie Zadań dodatkowych, niezbędnych do wykonania Kontraktu, wynikłymi w trakcie realizacji Kontraktu - udzielonych na podstawie ustawy Prawo zamówień publicznych.
