1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest realizacja zadania pn.: „Dostawa mebli socjalno-bytowych oraz mebli medycznych w ramach Projektu grantowego nr FENX.06.01-IP.03-0007/24 pod nazwą „Wsparcie infrastrukturalne Centrów Zdrowia Psychicznego dla dorosłych oraz ośrodków / zespołów środowiskowej opieki psychologicznej i psychoterapeutycznej (I poziom referencyjny)”, realizowanego w ramach Programu Fundusze Europejskie na Infrastrukturę, Klimat, Środowisko 2021-2027, współfinansowanego ze środków Europejskiego Funduszu Rozwoju Regionalnego, realizowanego na podstawie Decyzji o dofinansowaniu Projektu nr: FENX.06.01-IP.03-0007/24-00 podjętej przez Ministra Zdrowia w dniu 28 lutego 2025 r. w Centralnym Szpitalu Klinicznym Uniwersytetu Medycznego w Łodzi przy ul. Pomorskiej 251” 2. Szczegółowy opis i zakres przedmiotu zamówienia określa Załącznik nr 5 do SWZ - Wzór Umowy, Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ - Formularz Asortymentowo-Cenowy, oraz Załącznik 1A do SWZ - Opis Parametrów Technicznych (tabele od 1 do 9) 3. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje jeden pakiet (jedną część). 4. Dostarczony sprzęt musi spełniać następujące warunki: a) dostarczony przedmiot zamówienia musi być fabrycznie nowy, niepowystawowy i wolny od obciążeń prawami osób trzecich, b) posiadać okres gwarancji nie krótszy niż min. 24 m-ce (jeżeli dotyczy) c) oferowany przedmiot zamówienia w dniu składania ofert nie mogą być przeznaczone przez producenta do wycofania z produkcji, sprzedaży, lub wsparcia technicznego, d) Zamawiający wymaga, by dostarczone urządzenia posiadały oprogramowanie w wersji aktualnej na dzień poprzedzający dzień składania ofert (o ile dotyczy) e) Wszystkie dostarczone urządzenia muszą, pochodzić z legalnego źródła, być objęte pakietem usług gwarancyjnych zawartych w cenie urządzenia (o ile dotyczy) Przedmiotem postępowania jest dostawa mebli medycznych (zabudowy medycznej) oraz mebli socjalno-bytowych: biurka na 4 nogach, kontenera mobilnego, szafy aktowej 2 drzwiowej i 1 drzwiowej, szafy aktowej/komody, fotela biurowego obrotowego, stolika kawowego, sofy 3 osobowej,
