Prawo energetyczne (Dz.U. z 2026 r., poz. 43 ze zm.) wraz z przepisami wykonawczymi. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w Rozdziale III SWZ oraz w Załączniku nr 3 do SWZ. Kompleksowa dostawa energii elektrycznej obejmująca sprzedaż i świadczenie usług dystrybucji energii elektrycznej zgodnie z przepisami ustawy z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 r. Prawo energetyczne (t.j. Dz.U. z 2026 r., poz. 43 ze zm.) wraz z przepisami wykonawczymi.
