Description

2.1 Postępowanie o udzielenie przedmiotowego zamówienia publicznego prowadzone jest na podstawie przepisów ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 r. Prawo zamówień publicznych - zwanej dalej „ustawą Pzp” - oraz przepisów wykonawczych wydanych na jej podstawie, w szczególności rozporządzenia Ministra Rozwoju, Pracy i Technologii z dnia 23 grudnia 2020 r. w sprawie podmiotowych środków dowodowych oraz innych dokumentów lub oświadczeń, jakich może żądać zamawiający od wykonawcy - zwanego dalej „rozporządzeniem MR” - w trybie przetargu nieograniczonego. 2.2 Zgodnie z art. 139 ustawy Pzp, Zamawiający najpierw dokona badania i oceny ofert, a następnie dokona kwalifikacji podmiotowej wykonawcy, którego oferta zostanie najwyżej oceniona, w zakresie braku podstaw wykluczenia z postępowania oraz spełniania warunków udziału. 2.3 Stosownie do art. 257 ustawy Prawo zamówień publicznych, Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo unieważnienia przedmiotowego postępowania, jeśli środki, które Zamawiający zamierzał przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie całości lub części przedmiotowego zamówienia, nie zostaną mu przyznane. W przypadku unieważnienia na podstawie ww. przesłanki, Wykonawcom nie przysługuje zwrot kosztów uczestnictwa w postępowaniu. 2.4 Wykonawca pozostaje związany złożoną ofertą do dnia 27.01.2027 r. Bieg terminu związania ofertą rozpoczyna się wraz z upływem terminu składania ofert. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup oraz dostawa oznakowania szlaku Żeglownego kilometrażowego dla rzeki Narew w km 68+000 - 83+000 Zamówienie realizowane jest na potrzeby Zarządu Zlewni w Dębem.; Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup oraz dostawa Pławy czerwone i zielone ze znakiem szczytowym oraz z aktywnym oświetleniem nocnym, z wypełnieniem styropianowym i ekranem radarowym. Pławy muszą spełniać wymagania określone w rozporządzeniu Ministra Infrastruktury z dnia 28 kwietnia 2003 r. w sprawie przepisów żeglugowych na śródlądowych drogach wodnych.; Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup oraz dostawa oznakowania szlaku Żeglugowego w postaci pław nawigacyjnych dziennych, przeznaczonych do oznakowania toru wodnego, zgodnie z wymaganiami administracji śródlądowych dróg wodnych na rzece Wisła dokładnie zbiornik Włocławski, gdzie występują inne specyficzne warunki żeglugowe. Zamówienie realizowane jest na potrzeby Zarządu Zlewni we Włocławku
