Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa 1 sztuki fabrycznie nowego autobusu niskopodłogowego przegubowego, ekologicznego zeroemisyjnego, przeznaczonego do komunikacji miejskiej, zwanych dalej autobusami. realizowane jest w ramach projektu „Poprawa komunikacji publicznej na terenie Miejskiego Obszaru Funkcjonalnego Miasta Północy - zakup ekologicznego taboru i modernizacja infrastruktury komunikacyjnej” planowany do sfinansowania w ramach Funduszy Europejskich dla Świętokrzyskiego 2021-2027 Działanie 3.1 „Mobilność miejska w MOF (ZIT)” Priorytet 3 „Fundusze Europejskie na mobilność miejską”. Programu Fundusze Europejskie dla Świętokrzyskiego 2021-2027. Zamówienie obejmuje: a) dostawę 1 sztuk fabrycznie nowego autobusu niskopodłogowego przegubowego, ekologicznego zeroemisyjnego do komunikacji miejskiej; b) wyposażenie serwisowe. Zakup 1 sztuki nowego autobusu komunikacji miejskiej spowoduje, iż tabor obsługujący pasażerów komunikacji miejskiej będzie w 100% taborem niskopodłogowym, co poprawi komfort korzystania z komunikacji miejskiej wszystkim użytkownikom oraz w szczególności osobom niepełnosprawnym. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. Zamawiający przewiduje unieważnienie postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia, w przypadku nieprzyznania środków, które miały być przeznaczone na sfinansowanie całości lub części zamówienia.
