Samochód powinien być wyposażony w urządzenia sygnalizacyjno - ostrzegawcze, przystosowany do przewozu minimum 6 osób w układzie 1+1+4. Wyposażony w zbiornik wody do celów gaśniczych o pojemności zbiornika na wodę maksymalnie do 3000 (+/- 5l) litrów. Samochód musi spełniać wymagania pojazdu dopuszczonego do poruszania się po drogach publicznych, zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami Prawa o Ruchu Drogowym.
