Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa ciężkiego samochodu ratowniczo-gaśniczego z układem napędowym 6x6 (kategoria 2: uterenowiony) dla OSP NIEGOWA. Zamówienie obejmuje również dostarczenie wraz z zamówieniem dodatkowego wyposażenia, wymaganej do obsługi instrukcji w języku polskim, kompletu dokumentów niezbędnych do rejestracji pojazdu oraz przeszkolenie członków OSP w zakresie jego obsługi. 1) Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, opis wymagań zamawiającego w zakresie realizacji i odbioru zadania określają: - Specyfikacja Warunków Zamówienia (SWZ) - Opis przedmiotu Zamówienia (minimalne wymagania techniczno - użytkowe których spełnienie jest obligatoryjne) - załącznik nr 2 do SWZ, - Wzór umowy - załącznik nr 6 do SWZ Wszystkie wymagania określone w dokumentach stanowią wymagania minimalne, a ich spełnienie jest obligatoryjne. Niespełnienie ww. wymagań minimalnych będzie skutkować odrzuceniem oferty jako niezgodnej z warunkami zamówienia na podstawie art. 226 ust. 1 pkt 5 ustawy Pzp.
