Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa urządzeń medycznych dla Działu Endoskopii Urologicznej, Uniwersyteckiego Centrum Ginekologii i Położnictwa, Szpitalnego Oddziału Ratunkowego, Kliniki Chirurgii Szczękowo-Twarzowej oraz Bloku Operacyjnego Kliniki Ortopedii, Traumatologii Narządu Ruchu i Chirurgii Ręki w ramach Umowy o dofinansowanie nr FENX.06.01-IP.03-0059/25-00/123/2026/82 Projektu nr FENX.06.01-IP.03-0059/25 - koszt niekwalifikowalny. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia został określony w formularzach cenowych, które stanowią Załącznik nr 2A, wykazach parametrów wymaganych i oferowanych - załącznik nr 2B oraz we wzorze umowy - załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. Zamawiający dopuszcza możliwość składania ofert częściowych. Ofertę można złożyć na całość zamówienia lub na poszczególne pakiety - łącznie postępowanie obejmuje 5 zadań.
