Description

Paineilmakompressorit paineilmapullojen täyttämiseen Hankitaan kaksi (2) paineilmakompressoria, jotka soveltuvat pelastuslaitoksen savu-, kemikaali-, ja vesisukelluksessa käytettävien paineilmapullojen täyttöön. Kompressorin tulee olla hengitysilmatuotantoon soveltuva. Kaksi kompressoria asennettuna kiinteästi paloasemarakennuksiin, joihin tulee erilliseen tilaan asennettavat täyttöpaneelit 4 x 330bar. Kompressorin ohjaukset tulee olla samassa tilassa kuin täyttöpaneelit. Hankintaan sisältyy: • kompressoritilan varustus • putkisto • täyttötilan varustus • automatiikka • sähköjärjestelmä. Kokonaisuudessa tulee huomioida järjestelmän vaatimukset ja tarkastuslaitosten edellyttämät kokonaisjärjestelmän luokitukset sekä tarkastukset. Laitteisto koostuu korkeapainekompressorista, joka sisältää suodatuksen, paineilmaputkiston ja hengitysilmapullojen täyttöpaneelin. Laitteiston tulee olla kokonaisuus, joka sisältää hengitysilmakompressorin ja täyttöpaneelin tarvittavine etäkäyttöineen, automatiikkoineen ja turva- ja käyttövarusteineen sekä käyttövaiheeseen liittyvät luvat ja tarkastukset. Laitteisto luovutetaan tarkastettuna ja valmiina käyttöön. Hankintaan sisältyy optio kahdesta samanlaisesta laitteistosta vuosina 2027 ja 2028.,
