Розрахунок за поставлену партію Товару здійснюється в розмірі 100 % упродовж 30 календарних днів з дати поставки Товару на адресу Замовника на підставі наданого оригіналу видаткової накладної Товару, а в разі відсутності фінансування Замовника протягом вищезазначеного періоду оплата здійснюється протягом 3 (трьх) робочих днів з моменту надходження Замовнику відповідних коштів, але не пізніше, ніж 90 днів після отримання Товару Товар постачається за заявкою Покупця, протягом 3 календарних днів з дня отримання заявки (за допомогою будь-яких засобів зв’язку) та не пізніше 31.12.2026 року. За погодженням Сторонами допускається дострокова поставка Товару. Поставка товару здійснюється на умовах DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) (Інкотермс-2020) склад Покупця. Вивантаження Товару здійснюється у приміщення покупця, силами, засобами та за рахунок постачальника, із залученням відповідного персоналу, за адресою: КНТ «Друге Вінницьке ТМО», вул. Київська, буд.68, м. Вінниця, Вінницька область.
