Gegenstand dieser Marktsondierung ist die Möglichkeit für potentielle Interessenten, Nachnutzungskonzepte für die Liegenschaft EZ 220 KG 60001 Aflenz Kurort, Bezirksgericht Bruck an der Mur, mit den Grundstücken 127, 128, .381, .383/2, 445/5, 445/6, 445/19 und 448 je KG 60001 Aflenz Kurort sowie Grundstück 996 KG 60023 Jauring im unverbürgten, bücherlichen Ausmaß von insgesamt ca. 41.258 m², einschließlich des Reha-Zentrums auf dem Grundstück .383/2, der Besucher- und Patientenparkplätze, der Außenanlagen und des Personalwohnhauses am Grundstück .381 einzureichen.
