The Austrian Pension Insurance Institution (Pensionsversicherungsanstalt, PVA) intends to conclude a framework contract for the procurement and delivery of various mobile devices on a leasing basis. The scope is expected to include smartphones with Android or iOS operating systems, supplied with belt clip, hand strap, charging station and partly with a support package in various versions, as well as tablets in different configurations with hand strap and charging station or partly with a support package. The procedure is a two-stage process: the published first stage is a search for candidates; in the second stage, only preselected candidates may submit offers for the leasing delivery services, after which the best bidder will be awarded the contract.
