Description

Ziel des gegenständlichen Verfahrens war der Abschluss eines Rahmenvertrages zur Beschaffung von Druckereidiensten. Die AG beabsichtigte, die:den Bestbieter:in des gegenständlichen Vergabeverfahrens mit der Durchführung der Erstellung (samt Kund:innenkorrespondenz), des Drucks und der Bestellabwicklung (durch Kund:innen) von Viehverkehrsscheinen und Lieferscheinen nach den Vorgaben der AG zu beauftragen. Ziel des gegenständlichen Verfahrens war der Abschluss eines Rahmenvertrages zur Beschaffung von Druckereidiensten. Die AG beabsichtigte, die:den Bestbieter:in des gegenständlichen Vergabeverfahrens mit der Durchführung der Erstellung (samt Teilnehmer:innenkorrespondenz), des Drucks und der Bestellabwicklung (durch Teilnehmer:innen) von Viehverkehrsscheinen und Lieferscheinen nach den Vorgaben der AG zu beauftragen. Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens war daher der Abschluss eines Rahmenvertrages mit einem Unternehmen zur Beschaffung von - in der Leistungsbeschreibung (Kapitel C der Ausschreibungsunterlagen) näher bezeichneten und spezifizierten - Druckereidiensten. Die Auftraggeberin beabsichtigte demnach mit der:dem in diesem Vergabeverfahren ermittelten Bestbieter:in den Rahmenvertrag (Kapitel B der Ausschreibungsunterlagen) abzuschließen.
