Description

See cancelled competition for the procurement of a digital partner for the 22 July Centre with DOFFIN reference: 2026-112475. The 22nd July Centre needs a digital collaboration partner who can contribute to stable operation, management and further development of the Centre's digital systems and communication, and intends to enter into a framework agreement to meet the needs of the 22nd July Centre. The framework agreement will be valid for 2 years, with an option for the contracting authority to extend the contract for 1+1 year. The maximum value of the framework agreement is NOK 6 million excluding VAT. The estimated annual value is NOK 1.5 million excluding VAT. The framework agreement covers the following main types of services: 1. Ongoing operation and management of existing digital systems, which are regulated in accordance with SSA-L. 2. Consultancy services and consultancy services under the contracting authority ́s management, which are regulated in accordance with SSA-B. 3. Limited consultancy assignments with a further defined result, which will be regulated in accordance with SSA-O ( SSA-O). A SSA-L will be signed for point 1 above. The type of contract used for each call-off for points 2 and 3 is determined by the nature of the service and the division of responsibility between the contracting authority and the tenderer. The tender documentation states which conditions in the tenderer ́s assignment comprehension will be evaluated when awarding the framework agreement. The framework agreement is not exclusive and does not involve any purchasing obligation for the contracting authority. Further information on the contract ́s extent and price terms can be found in Annex 1.2 SSA-R Annex to contract Annexes 1 and 5.

Expected award price

likely award for this notice, from its published estimate of €563,274
€473,151 to €563,274

Comparable awards in this country and sector came in at a median of 100% of their published estimate, half of them between 84% and 100%, based on 80 awards of the last 3 years.

Each award is compared with the estimate of the same lots, framework agreements excluded. A published estimate may include options and renewals, so an award under it is not always a discount.
