Oslo municipality, through its Agency for Improvement and Development, intends to procure a framework agreement for consumables covering cleaning, drying and hygiene products, offices, schools and kitchens/serving. Ahead of publishing the competition, the contracting authority is carrying out a market survey and invites input on the provisional draft of the price and product form (Annex 3) and the requirement specifications (Annex 1). Feedback should address clarity of guideline text, whether product requirements restrict the offering of environmentally labelled variants, whether minimum type 1 ecolabel requirements and fair trade certification for coffee can be met, whether products exist on the market, and whether any requirements are inadmissible, outdated or unfulfillable. Replies are to be submitted in the tender management tool, referencing relevant product lines with proposed changes.
