Oslo municipality, through the Agency for Improvement and Development, is establishing a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for certified sustainable bio-fuels produced without palm oil, covering volumes reported in excess of turnover requirements. The DPS replaces an existing bio-fuel purchasing arrangement previously run in Mercell CTM and will be operated in the Artifik platform.
