The Aperlena Verdict

Open race

No supplier dominates: 8 different companies have won the last 14 comparable contracts from this buyer over 5 years. This is a genuinely open race.

Based on 14 comparable awards by this buyer in this sector over 5 years. Every verdict is recorded before the outcome and graded against the award notice. How we score ourselves.

Description

The project would like to carry out an evaluation of the changes in the Integration Act. The background for the legislative changes is to strengthen the work orientated organisation of the introduction programme, facilitate formal qualification and simplify the regulations. The objective of the evaluation is both early knowledge acquisition and an assessment of effects over time. Tenderers are free to propose methods for data collection. The assignment will be valid from when the contract is signed until the final report is delivered 10 December 2030 and has a fixed price of NOK 4,000,000 excluding VAT. See annex 1 of the contract for further details on the delivery.

Expected award price

likely award for this notice, from its published estimate of €375,516
€371,761 to €375,516

This buyer's comparable awards in this sector came in at a median of 100% of their published estimate, half of them between 99% and 100%, based on 13 awards of the last 3 years.

Each award is compared with the estimate of the same lots, framework agreements excluded. A published estimate may include options and renewals, so an award under it is not always a discount.
