Description

The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement for blood gas syringes with and without cannulas on behalf of the health authorities in Helse Vest RHF. The contracting authority estimates that the following consumption is in the contract period: Sub-contract 1 Blood gas syringes with cannulas, estimated number: 168,000 per annum. The stated consumption/extent is an estimate for information to the tenderer and is not binding for the future contract volume. As a starting point, the procurement is expected to be offered one syringe per sub-contract, which is well suited for use on all patients. This includes both adults, children and premature infants. However, if a tenderer has different syringes in their range that are different for adults, children or premature infants, different syringes with an equal price can be offered within one lot. Emphasis will be put on the fact that reliable/accurate analysis replies can be achieved with the least amount of blood from patients and that the sample can be mixed well with the minimum volume required. Furthermore, in some cases re-analysis can be required, and it is important that this can also be done with as few blood as possible from the patients. See Annex 1 - Price Form and Annex 2 - Requirement Specifications for further details on what is requested.; The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement for blood gas syringes with and without cannulas on behalf of the health authorities in Helse Vest RHF.
