SBH | Schulbau Hamburg hat als Landesbetrieb der Freien und Hansestadt Hamburg (nachstehend SBH genannt) die Aufgabe, die Schulimmobilien unter Berücksichtigung der schulischen Belange nach wirtschaftlichen Grundsätzen zu planen, zu bauen, zu unterhalten und zu bewirtschaften und die mehr als 400 Schulen an die Behörde für Schule und Berufsbildung (BSB) zu vermieten. --------------- Im 1. und 2. Obergeschoss werden die Fachklassenräume Physik und Chemie des Charlotte-Paulsen-Gymnasiums einschließlich der zugehörigen Sammlungsräume umfassend saniert. Im Zuge der Maßnahme wird die technische Gebäudeausrüstung vollständig erneuert und entsprechend der aktuellen Laborplanung angepasst. Die bestehenden Bodenversorgungssysteme (Gas, Wasser, Strom) werden zurückgebaut und durch zeitgemäße Decken- bzw. Laborversorgungssysteme ersetzt. Darüber hinaus erfolgen umfangreiche Rückbau-, Ausbau- und Anpassungsarbeiten an Decken, Böden, Wänden sowie der festen Möblierung. --------------- Hier: Bodenbelag --------------- Einbau des neuen Bodenbelags in den genannten Räumen.
