SBH | Schulbau Hamburg hat als Landesbetrieb der Freien und Hansestadt Hamburg (nachstehend SBH genannt) die Aufgabe, die Schulimmobilien unter Berücksichtigung der schulischen Belange nach wirtschaftlichen Grundsätzen zu planen, zu bauen, zu unterhalten und zu bewirtschaften und die mehr als 400 Schulen an die Behörde für Schule und Berufsbildung (BSB) zu vermieten. --------------- Die Baumaßnahme umfasst die Sanierung und den Umbau zweier Bestandsgebäude für die Neugründung der Grundschule Isestraße. --------------- Hier: Fenster und Außentüren --------------- Ausgeführt werden sollen der Abbruch und die Entsorgung von Bestandsfenstern, das Liefern und Einbauen von Holz-Alu-Fenstern, 3-fach verglast und Außentüren, sowie einer Pfosten-Riegel-Fassade inkl. Zubehör wie Beschläge, Sturz-und Leibungsbekleidungen etc.. Abbruch und Entsorgung von Bestandsfenstern aus Holz, ca. 200 Stück Liefern und Einbauen von Holz-Alu-Fenstern, 3-fach verglast, inkl.
