SBH | Schulbau Hamburg hat als Landesbetrieb der Freien und Hansestadt Hamburg (nachstehend SBH genannt) die Aufgabe, die Schulimmobilien unter Berücksichtigung der schulischen Belange nach wirtschaftlichen Grundsätzen zu planen, zu bauen, zu unterhalten und zu bewirtschaften und die mehr als 400 Schulen an die Behörde für Schule und Berufsbildung (BSB) zu vermieten. --------------- Am Standort Oktaviostraße 143 ist ein Neubau eines Klassenhauses in 3-geschossiger Bauweise vorgesehen. Das Gebäude wird als Massivbau mit Stahlbeton- und Mauerwerkswänden und Stahlbetondecken ausgeführt. Das Gebäude soll DGNB / QNG zertifiziert werden. Die Reinigung des Gebäudes erfolgt in 2 Zwischenreinigungen und einer Endreinigung. Zu reinigen sind folgende Flächen und Bauteile: Wand- und Bodenfliesen der WC's und Putzmittelräume; Bodenfliesen der Foyers / Treppenhäuser; Linoleum der Klassen und Flure; Türen mit Glaselementen und Holz-Alu-Fenster sowie der BE-Bereiches. --------------- Hier: Baureinigung --------------- - Entsorgen von Bodenschutzmaßnahmen - Wand-/Bodenfliesen Feinsteinzeug: ca. 420qm - Linoleum: ca. 1900qm - Fenster- und Türen: ca. 730qm (einseitiger Maßenansatz)
