Description

De Opdracht omvat het controleren van medisch/farmaceutisch georiënteerde Nederlandse vertalingen. De oorspronkelijke tekst (Engels) wordt goedgekeurd in de registratieprocedure van het geneesmiddel. Voordat het geneesmiddel op de markt gebracht mag worden, wordt de Engelse tekst door de producent (firma) vertaald in het Nederlands. Het is de wettelijke taak van de Opdrachtgever om deze door producent vertaalde Nederlandse tekst te controleren op juistheid en begrijpelijkheid. Deze wettelijke taak wordt door de Opdrachtgever doorgelegd aan de Opdrachtnemer. Zie voor verdere beschrijving van de opdracht het Beschrijvend document. Een indicatie van de omvang van deze Raamovereenkomst is geraamd op een totaalbedrag van € 560.000,00 (exclusief btw en prijsindexering) over de gehele contractduur van maximaal vier jaar. Exacte bedragen, zijn voor de toekomst echter niet te bepalen omdat deze afhankelijk zijn van het aantal afnames per jaar. De Raamovereenkomst kent geen afnameverplichting.
