Description

De opdracht omvat het coördineren, plannen en uitvoeren van meerdere verhuizingen binnen het vastgoedportfolio van de Gemeente Eindhoven. De opdrachtnemer is verantwoordelijk voor het veilig en efficiënt verplaatsen van meubilair, inventaris, apparatuur, archiefmateriaal en overige inboedel. Hierbij wordt verwacht dat de leverancier beschikt over voldoende materieel, ervaren personeel en een flexibele inzetcapaciteit om meerdere (soms parallel lopende) verhuisprojecten te kunnen uitvoeren. Daarnaast dient de opdrachtnemer te voorzien in een mogelijkheid tot externe opslag of tijdelijke stalling van inboedel op locatie wanneer dit nodig is als gevolg van bijvoorbeeld verbouwingen, herhuisvesting, ruimtegebrek of gefaseerde oplevermomenten. De geraamde waarde van de opdracht bedraagt € 2.100.000,- voor de gehele looptijd van de overeenkomst. De opdracht omvat het coördineren, plannen en uitvoeren van meerdere verhuizingen binnen het vastgoedportfolio van de Gemeente Eindhoven. Het gaat hierbij om vastgoedpanden die in de komende jaren verduurzaamd gaan worden, waaronder: - Cultuurpanden - Sportlocaties - Multifunctionele utiliteitsgebouwen De opdraagt bedraagt € 2.100.000 ,- voor de gehele looptijd
