De gemeente Eindhoven zoekt een Opdrachtnemer die in bouwteamverband het bestaande stamriool in de PSV-laan veilig, beheerst en tijdig verlegt en het projectgebied bouwrijp maakt ten behoeve van de uitbreiding van het Philips Stadion. Het doel van het project is te komen tot een uitvoerbaar, veilig en financieel haalbaar ontwerp en realisatie van de stamrioolverlegging, waarbij omgevingsveiligheid, bereikbaarheid en de operationele continuïteit van het Philips Stadion op en rondom wedstrijddagen gewaarborgd blijven. Verwezen wordt naar de Aanbestedingsleidraad.
