Description

De aanbestedende dienst is voornemens een overeenkomst af te sluiten met één Inschrijver voor de levering van vaste en mobiele communicatiediensten, inclusief vast-mobielintegratie, een piketdienstfunctionaliteit, een klantcontactcenterfunctionaliteit basisvariant en een klantcontactcenter omnichannel. Deze Europese openbare aanbesteding beoogt het contracteren van een professionele, flexibele en schaalbare leverancier die in staat is om deze communicatiediensten als totaaloplossing aan te bieden én te implementeren inclusief ondersteuning en beheer. Zie verder het aanbestedingsdocument. De gewenste situatie bestaat uit één geïntegreerde telefonieoplossing. De oplossing moet niet alleen aansluiten op de huidige ICT-omgeving van de Aanbestedende dienst, maar ook voldoen aan de hoge eisen die gelden voor crisisorganisaties. Dit betekent onder meer dat beschikbaarheid, flexibiliteit en schaalbaarheid onder piekbelasting (zoals tijdens pandemieën of rampen) structureel gegarandeerd zijn. Op de uitvoering van de overeenkomst(en) zijn de GIBIT 2023 van toepassing. De aanbestedende dienst is voornemens een overeenkomst af te sluiten met één Inschrijver voor de levering van vaste en mobiele communicatiediensten, inclusief vast-mobielintegratie, een piketdienstfunctionaliteit, een klantcontactcenterfunctionaliteit basisvariant en een klantcontactcenter omnichannel.
