De GR IJsselgemeenten zoekt een ondernemer die een iPaaS/SaaS ESB en SaaS datadistributievoorziening levert als multi-tenant dienst. De oplossing ondersteunt binnen de afname van Opdrachtgever een logisch gescheiden inrichting per deelnemende organisatie. Integraties, gegevens, abonnementen, configuraties, autorisaties en logging zijn per organisatie af te schermen, terwijl bevoegde centrale beheerders van GR IJsselgemeenten het geheel kunnen beheren. Uitwisseling tussen organisaties vindt uitsluitend plaats via expliciet ingerichte en geautoriseerde koppelingen. Zo vormt het platform de centrale voorziening voor veilige, betrouwbare en gestructureerde gegevensuitwisseling tussen de applicaties binnen het ICT-landschap van de IJsselgemeenten. Naast de levering omvat de opdracht de inrichting en configuratie per organisatie, de migratie van de bestaande koppelingen en het structurele beheer en onderhoud gedurende de looptijd van de overeenkomst. De opdracht betreft de levering van een ESB-platform en een datadistributiemodule als multi-tenant SaaS/iPaaS-dienst, inclusief aansluiting op landelijke voorzieningen via Diginetwerk en Digikoppeling, conform Bijlage D - Programma van Eisen.
