Gemeente Capelle aan den IJssel wenst vanwege het aflopen van het huidige contract voor het gebruik van het clientvolgsysteem, een zo integraal mogelijke ICT-oplossing voor de domeinen Veiligheid en Samenleving via een openbare Europese aanbesteding in de markt te zetten. De aan te besteden Opdracht betreft ten minste: ● het als Software-as-a-Service leveren en ter beschikking stellen van de ICT-oplossing; ● het technisch implementeren van de ICT-oplossing, inclusief de benodigde koppelingen; ● het organisatorisch implementeren van de ICT-oplossing in samenwerking met de gemeente; ● het initieel opleiden van de medewerkers van Gemeente Capelle aan den IJssel (inclusief extra “veeg”-klasjes voor als medewerkers onverhoopt verhinderd zijn); ● het converteren van de gegevens vanuit de momenteel in gebruik zijnde applicaties; ● het (technisch) beheren en onderhouden van de ICT-oplossing. Op dit moment zijn 38 accounts in gebruik; zorg/veilig 21 en ondermijning 17. Per jaar worden gemiddeld onderstaande aantallen casussen in het huidige clientvolgsysteem verwerkt: • Frontlijn (afdeling Samenleving) 1200 casussen per jaar • Veiligheid (Unit Veiligheid, afdeling Bestuur- en Concernondersteuning) 400 per jaar • Ondermijning (Unit Veiligheid, afdeling Bestuur- en Concernondersteuning) 100 per jaar.
