Summary

Machine-generated summary

The municipality of Leiden intends to award a single integral framework agreement for public lighting. The scope covers fault response and maintenance of public lighting, including corrective and preventive maintenance, conservation (painting) of cast iron and steel masts, and resolving faults to luminaires, masts, cables and switch cabinets on a 24/7 basis, including outside working hours. Handling takes place via the MOON fault management system or equivalent, with response, repair and reporting times following the KPIs in the RAW specification. Contractors must also make electrical installations safe on request, replace individual units, coordinate with third parties such as network operators, and produce traffic plans. The scope further includes project-based replacement: supplying, installing, connecting and replacing lighting, working as subcontractor on larger infrastructure projects, updating as-built data and recording changes in the municipal management system.
