Description

Deze leidraad betreft de openbare Europese aanbestedingsprocedure ten behoeve van ‘beheer en onderhoud van de openbare verlichting’ voor de gemeenten Hoogeveen en de Wolden. Deze aanbesteding beoogt de opdracht aan een inschrijver te gunnen die het beste in staat is om de projectdoelstellingen van de opdracht te realiseren. De aanbestedende dienst hanteert voor dit traject een plafondprijs van €3.000.000, - excl. btw voor Hoogeveen en €950.000 excl. btw voor Gemeente De Wolden voor de maximaal mogelijke contractperiode van acht (8) jaar. Deze plafondprijs is van toepassing op het beheer-en onderhoudsbudget en op investeringen en vervanging. Het op een adequate, preventieve, duurzame en innovatieve wijze beheren en onderhouden van de openbare verlichting in de gemeente Hoogeveen en in de gemeente De Wolden waarbij de Opdrachtgever maximaal wordt gefaciliteerd en de handelingen/werkzaamheden aan de zijde van de Opdrachtgever worden geminimaliseerd. De Aanbestedende dienst hanteert voor dit traject een plafondprijs van €3.000.000, - excl. btw voor Hoogeveen en €950.000 excl. btw voor Gemeente De Wolden voor de maximaal mogelijke contractperiode van acht (8) jaar.
