Team Businessapplicaties & IT Services (BIS) s een multidisciplinair en betrokken IT-team binnen het Zorginstituut. We ontwikkelen en beheren applicaties en websites voor collega’s, burgers en zorgprofessionals. Daarbij volgen we geldende standaarden, richtlijnen en wet- en regelgeving. Als expert in jouw vakgebied krijg je de ruimte om zelfstandig bij te dragen. We werken informeel en collegiaal, met een professionele houding. Door regelmatig stil te staan bij wie we zijn en waar we naartoe willen, blijven we wendbaar in een continu veranderend IT-landschap. Zorginstituut Nederland zoekt een ervaren Senior Java Backend Developer / Software Architect voor tijdelijke externe inhuur ter ondersteuning van het beheer, de doorontwikkeling en modernisering van bestaande applicaties, services en systeemkoppelingen binnen het applicatielandschap van Team BIS. De opdracht richt zich op het verbeteren en toekomstbestendig maken van backend-oplossingen, integraties en technische componenten. Daarbij ligt de nadruk op het terugdringen van technische schuld, het verbeteren van codekwaliteit, beveiliging, onderhoudbaarheid, performance en beheersbaarheid, en het onderbouwen van technische keuzes voor verdere modernisering. De kandidaat levert specialistische expertise op het gebied van Java, RESTful API’s, XML/XSD, relationele databases, enterprise search, contentmanagementsystemen, Oracle Linux, migratietrajecten en technische architectuur.
