Description

Stichting Nidos is voornemens een Europese aanbesteding te starten voor het afsluiten van een raamovereenkomst met één (1) leverancier met de beste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding voor het leveren van ICT Hardware, bijkomende randapparatuur en dienstverlening. De volgende zaken vallen binnen de scope van deze opdracht: - Het beschikbaar stellen van een webshop/bestelportaal; - Levering van ICT hardware, infrastructurele ICT hardwarecomponenten, bijbehorende randapparatuur en accessoires; - Levering en uitvoering van bijbehorende/aanverwante dienstverlening. De geraamde waarde van deze opdracht bedraagt € 1.100.000,- (excl. BTW) per jaar en € 4.400.000,- (excl. BTW) over de gehele looptijd van vier (4) jaar. Nidos verwacht circa 1.600 stuks hardware af te nemen per jaar. Ingeval Nidos meer dan 200% boven de door haar hierboven genoemde totale contractwaarde uitkomt zal er een nieuwe aanbesteding worden opgezet. De maximale afname onder de Raamovereenkomst bedraagt daarmee € 8.800.000,- (excl. BTW). Zie aanbestedingsdocumenten. Zie aanbestedingsdocumenten.
