Coöperatie Axira schrijft een Europese openbare aanbesteding uit voor het sluiten van een raamovereenkomst voor de levering, het onderhoud, de service en de ondersteuning van ruggedized tablets ten behoeve van ERF/EDAZ voor de deelnemende leden van Axira. De opdracht omvat naar verwachting circa 460 complete tabletsets inclusief accessoires, onderhoud, reparatie, ondersteuning en aanverwante dienstverlening. De raamovereenkomst wordt gesloten met één opdrachtnemer voor een looptijd van vijf jaar. Circa 460 complete tabletsets inclusief onderhoud, service en ondersteuning gedurende de looptijd van de raamovereenkomst. De opdracht is niet opgesplitst in percelen. De aanbestedende dienst wenst één opdrachtnemer te contracteren die de levering, het onderhoud en de service van tablets voor de volledige Axira-organisatie integraal kan uitvoeren. Het opdelen in meerdere percelen leidt tot een disproportionele verhoging van administratieve lasten, heeft een negatief effect op de totale aanschafkosten en beperkt de toegang tot het midden- en kleinbedrijf niet wezenlijk. Circa 460 complete tabletsets inclusief onderhoud, service en ondersteuning gedurende de looptijd van de raamovereenkomst.
