Description

Met het project Waardegedreven Onderhoud (PN.WGO.01.) wordt beoogd om richting de toekomst het onderhoud aan provinciale wegen in Noord-Brabant uit te voeren op een slimme en efficiënte manier. De provincie Noord-Brabant gaat daarbij de benodigde onderhoudsactiviteiten aan provinciale infrastructuur op een zodanige wijze inrichten dat waardegedreven onderhoud centraal staat. Deze keuze leidt onder andere tot een nieuw onderhoudscontract, waarin het huidige Levensduur Verlengend Onderhoud (LVO) en Groot Onderhoud (GO) gecombineerd worden. Om uit het ‘reguliere’ (Groot) Onderhoud genoemde meerwaarde te halen voor Brabant, is een andere manier van samenwerken tussen overheid en markt cruciaal. Dit doen we om kennis en kunde van zowel markt als overheid optimaal te laten functioneren. Dát is de meerwaarde van een nieuw langjarig onderhoudscontract voor LVO en GO, onder de naam Waardegedreven Onderhoud (WGO). Dat gaan we doen via Waarde Gedreven Onderhoud; een seriematige aanpak waarin opdrachten worden samengevoegd, die via een gestandaardiseerde uitvraag worden uitgezet bij een van de twee geselecteerde contractpartners (met een ROVK met NOK’s voor adviesdiensten en uitvoeringswerkzaamheden) in een langdurige samenwerking met de markt 4+2+2 jaar en met 2 geografisch ingerichte percelen (Oost-West).
